Shooting Programs, Skill Sessions, Session Packages, or any other session including events and camps are only redeemable with immediate family members including parent, child, and siblings.

ALL sessions and discounted packages must be used within 3 months of purchase to ensure results. Please understand that the process and duration is different for all individuals. ALL sessions must be used within the respective time allotted or they will expire. No exceptions will be made.

All rescheduled and/or cancelled INDIVIDUAL sessions (private, semi-private or group) must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or it will result in an attended session.

All rescheduled and/or cancelled TEAM sessions must be completed a minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or it will result in an attended session.

No refunds are issued at any capacity.
